Hello everyone. I just watched Melancholia and now I’m posting this awkward as fuck picture. Today was great. Um, so yeah. How’s it going? I think I’m going to watch another movie but I don’t know what.
Sundays are usually shit knowing I have to go back to work the next day but today has been more than decent. I started looking through the tons of comics I own this afternoon trying to find my copies of The Infinity Gauntlet (which I did find thank god) and I came across some other things I swear I thought I lost. I found my Nicholas Brendon signed Buffy comic, my copy of Marvels, and all my old Marvel trading cards (pictured are characters from the Avengers because of obvious reasons). Suffice to say I’m a very happy nerd right now. Now I’m going to read the issues of Wolverine and the X-Men I haven’t read yet while my gay porn finishes torrenting. Today really is too good.
I know this is the weirdest picture of all time but I felt like my back was breaking and I had to document it. After the fact I realized I kind of like it. The picture I mean, not my back breaking.
Hiding in a fitting room at work because everything is terrible. Well not really at all but it’s much better in here than out there. Also, new glasses. Also, I always feel weird taking pictures of myself but this is tumblr and I guess it goes with the territory so yeah.
Even though I’m on tumblr every day I totally feel like I’ve been MIA for a few weeks. I fully blame Mass Effect 3 for this. Best game ever or best game ever? I think at this point Bioware needs to just confirm at this point that the Indoctrination Theory is Indoctrination Fact. My psn id is derekmarleyhay if anyone is ever up for multiplayer btw. It’s Saturday and I’m wearing my bob-bomb t-shirt, new underwear, pretty much the tightest jeans (but that’s nothing new for me), and the rattiest converses of all time. Today’s been pretty great so far. I went thrift store shopping with some friends this afternoon and in a few minutes I’m going to start making chicken tikka masala. It’s the first time I’ve ever tried making and I’m doing it totally from scratch and I’m kind of stoked. Indian food is the greatest. Sorry about the amount of nsfw-ness in the third picture. So everyone knows tomorrow is Valentines Day right? Of course you do. Well a lesser known fact is that tomorrow is also my birthday. Everyone I know besides myself has to work tomorrow and I have to be up early as shit for work Wednesday morning so no plans tomorrow evening either. I hereby propose that any male follows I have that would like to send me some nakedness please do so. I’m joking of course, unless you absolutely feel you must. Later haha.
So this just happened to my hair and beard. It’s almost like I can mildly get away with pretending to pass for being a person that’s kind of attractive. Amost. Today starts the first day of me having weekends (including Fridays) off at work until the holidays roll around again. I can’t believe Old Navy ever approved that availabilty when I submitted it but they did and I still hate them and I’m stoked I don’t have to be there on the most customers heavy days of the week. Going to the zoo today, used bookstore shopping, Indian food, and chopping my hair off tomorrow, and making homemade lasagna tomorrow night. I think I’m pretty happy.
